All-Stainless-Steel Pressure Gauge | Stainless Steel Case and Thread

The all-stainless-steel pressure gauge has both its case and connection made of stainless steel. This combination offers higher resistance to corrosion and chemicals, making it a better fit for environments where a brass gauge would wear out faster.

This category is typically offered with a 100 mm dial, a 1/2" stainless steel connection and pressure ranges up to 1000 bar. Typical applications include hydraulic lines carrying corrosive media, humid or steam-exposed environments, food and pharmaceutical production, and equipment that is regularly washed down.

When to choose an all-stainless model:

• Media containing chemicals or seawater
• Humid or steam-exposed environments
• Hygienic applications where a brass body is unsuitable
• High pressure combined with corrosion resistance requirements

Technical note: "stainless steel" alone is not enough. The grade (for example 304 or 316) determines actual corrosion resistance, so verify the grade and compatibility with your media before ordering.

Choose a range where normal operating pressure sits in the middle third of the scale. If the system vibrates, the glycerin-filled version with the same body offers both stainless durability and needle damping.
