Shipping and Returns

Shipping methods: orders are shipped by Iran Post, Tipax, or a local courier for Tehran, depending on the destination and the product type.

Delivery time: Tehran usually 1 working day, other cities 2 to 5 working days. These are estimates; holidays and carrier load can add a day.

Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and shown before payment.

Order tracking: after shipping, the tracking code appears in your account under "My Orders".

Returns: if the item is defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. After approval, the return shipping is arranged with our team.

Refunds: once the returned item is received and checked, the amount is refunded to your account within 48 to 72 working hours.

Exceptions: custom-ordered items and items damaged by misuse are not covered by the return policy.
