Prices and availability: all prices are displayed in Toman and may change without prior notice. If a price or stock level changes after you place an order, we will contact you before processing it.

Orders and payment: an order is confirmed after successful payment through the online gateway, or after a card-to-card transfer is verified by our team. For card-to-card payments, uploading the receipt in your account speeds up confirmation.

Shipping: delivery times are estimates and depend on the destination and the shipping method. Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control, but we follow up until the parcel is delivered.

Returns and warranty: defective or incorrectly shipped items can be returned within 72 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Warranty duration varies by product and is stated on the product page.

Intellectual property: the content, images, and catalog data of this website belong to ORIGINALHYDRAULIC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
